Am I being generous...? I liked that they checked for ptosis right away and only recommended exactly what surgery I needed. They were firm about saying that incision surgery alone would be enough, and I was also satisfied that they kept explaining measures for my concerns about ptosis. The manager was kind, so I felt like I clearly conveyed what I wanted. But still, I guess I will only know after the surgery ^-^....
