The consultation with the director went by so fast that they just walked out in the middle of the conversation, and they seemed busy T_T If the surgical result is good, I can just let everything else go, but the part where autologous ear cartilage was inserted into the tip of the nose shifted a little to one side. Unless I say anything, it looks natural, so I am just living with it.
