I went in for a consultation about nasal surgery, and the waiting time was incredibly long. I really waited forever before finally seeing the director, and they looked so exhausted that I felt sorry to ask questions. After waiting so long, the consultation with the director ended in less than 3 minutes! I had a lot I wanted to ask, but since they were about to leave, I hurried and asked. They sighed and gave a mechanical answer.. haha I was almost ready to go straight into surgery, but the consultation did not feel trustworthy, so I just left T_T Separately, the staff were kind.
