First of all, I have experience with double-jaw surgery.
CT photos were taken, and a staff member took front and side photos with a camera. There was no separate cost.
They recommended a donated rib cartilage graft for the nose tip, and said there was a slight hump on the bridge of my nose (I was surprised because it was the first time I had ever heard that in my life). The doctor speaks a bit fast, but the feeling is clear.. I felt some kind of magic where it was less like, let's think this through together, and more like the answer was already decided and he was quickly guiding me to that answer...
But this was the first place that recommended rib cartilage, so I do not really know.. I guess.. it just does not appeal to me T_T
