A straight nose (the kind 1,000 people would all say is not a hump nose if you asked them) but out of 16 consultations, this was the only place that said it was a hump nose and that osteotomy was necessary.
They did not explain anything about functional rhinoplasty, but the coordinator only told me the price, so when I said I was not consulting about the functional part, they said something like, 'If you mentioned it earlier, that would have been enough, right?' with a weird face. So I said, 'Yes, but you did not explain the consultation,' and then they shut up.
