I went for a consultation about revision nose surgery, and they handled my original nose and my operated nose rather carelessly, touching them back and forth, so I was very flustered and surprised. They consulted me about materials I had not really been considering, and during the consultation they explained things in an easy-to-understand way that the patient could grasp, but I was not drawn to it. The manager also explained a lot and smiled during the consultation, but the pressure to book that same day was so strong that it was uncomfortable. It really felt like they were saying I had to do it here no matter what.
