I'm a man, and I had an incision dimple done on the left side. It turned out well, but then I smoked and did what I was told not to do, and it came undone in a month. That was my fault. It feels like they are a dimple specialist, though. But it came undone. They said they would do aftercare, and although it came loose, a very small dimple remained, so when I smile hard, only a small dimple line shows up. Still satisfied. Even if it disappears, the line remains. I'm thinking of trying it on the right side too. If you do it here, you only need to worry about it coming undone, but you do not need to worry about it disappearing completely. If the stitch comes loose, at worst you are left with half of what you had after surgery. They do it well. Bottom line.
