I only consulted with the director. The director and the staff were all kind, but the director was a bit... not very friendly. The director was really cheerful. After a month, the tip of my nose had dropped a lot, but I liked the initial shape so much that I decided to just go ahead with surgery lol If you do not have any intention of getting nose surgery, it would probably be fine. The director's skills are good
