The facility was so large it would not be an exaggeration to call it the biggest in Ulsan. Unlike other hospitals, they took a face photo as soon as I arrived, and the consultation proceeded based on that, which was impressive. The director who first consulted with me was kind and also seemed to make an effort to empathize from the patient's perspective. As for the consultation with the chief doctor, I felt that rather than creating distance, he was trying to come across as somewhat familiar. However, the explanations were not very clear or detailed, so I felt that was actually not enough to build trust. The hospital facilities looked very good, but one thing that disappointed me was that if you did not make a same-day reservation, you could not get a discount, and if you came later the price would go up, while they demanded a nonrefundable deposit and reservation. Of course that choice is up to the patient, but I believe the hospital should at least give the patient time to think, so I want to give a low score for that point. All I can see is that they want to beat the competition and make money.
