I had double-eyelid surgery in the winter of 2015 going into 2016. During the consultation, you can't meet the director; you consult with the coordinator. I should have visited many more places back then.. I regret it now. The coordinator said they would remove fat, but on the actual surgery day the doctor did not remove any fat. They did not refund the money. They also do not offer revision surgery.
