It may have changed by now, but when I had my nose surgery back then, I had to go through the coordinator before I could even see the doctor in the operating room; Before surgery, I asked for a natural look, but I also said I didn't want it to be so subtle that it was unnoticeable. Yet no one around me knows I had nose surgery~ lol..T_T The implant also drifted slightly to the side, and it shifted enough for people around me to notice, but the hospital says it's because I have facial asymmetry.
