I haven't had a consultation with the doctor, so I'm leaving an average score of 3. I went there for eye surgery, and it was very unpleasant. There are several coordinators, but the one I consulted was dismissive and very rude, giving a half-hearted consultation and talking down to me. I went because it was supposed to be famous in Ulsan, but because of the coordinator, I no longer want to have eye surgery there.
