I had surgery 9 years ago. I knew absolutely nothing and just followed my parents, so I simply trusted my eyes to them, and I really regret it haha. I saw the doctor once before the surgery, and after that only the consultation staff handled things. The place where my inner corner was opened left a white scar, and looking back now, my eyes didn't really need inner corner surgery. And even though I had eye correction, I still have sleepy-looking eyes, and even after 9 years I still look like sausage eyes ^^
