I went in my early 20s for an incisional double eyelid, but they said I needed inner canthoplasty, so I did it. I was worried about scarring, but I really did get a scar... The inner corner of my eye became indented like a hook, and I even tried fillers there, but it did not work, so I eventually went to Seoul and had a revision. The revision also failed I should not have gotten inner canthoplasty from the start.
