I had surgery in 2009 because my bridge was low, and during the consultation they professionally explained things like the ideal nasal height. But the surgical result... Even right after surgery, nobody could tell I’d had surgery. They said it didn't even seem like I had surgery. I feel like there is an implant in there, but the height hasn't changed. Still, the nasal line itself is pretty.
