I had about a five-minute consultation with the doctor, then I consulted with the male manager. Because of that male consultation manager, my impression of the clinic became so bad that I decided not to have the surgery. He spoke as if he knew more than the doctor, and when I mentioned what I had heard from consultations at other places, he kept acting like his opinion was automatically correct. It was absurd. It was truly the worst.
