I had it done 6 years ago, and for something I did without really researching properly, the result wasn't bad. It doesn't become dramatically doll-like, but it does naturally refine the line and definitely makes the face look smaller, though the symmetry on both sides isn't perfect. I've been living without major issues, but it's hard to recommend.
