I had semi-permanent eyebrow makeup done a very long time ago. I went there after recommendations from people around me. The practitioner was professional, and the color did not stay reddish or anything like that; it looked clean. Since so many people around me had eyebrow semi-permanent makeup done there, I thought it was fine~~~~~
