They explained clearly how to make the fat come off better. They said that, as much as possible, you should drink 2 liters of water every day. And you absolutely need to do your diet together with it. Otherwise, they said you will not see much effect from the injections, which is of course true haha. I had my first procedure today, and it hurts less than injections at other hospitals haha.. And maybe because they are trying not to let you feel the pain, the doctor talks extremely fast while doing the procedure, like da-da-da-da, explaining the precautions and how to do the diet haha.
