They told me my face would be more effective for liposuction than for double jaw surgery. I said I was worried about my cheekbones, and they said fat removal could help too, not just bone surgery. (I am thin, but when you press on my face, it is a fleshy face with no areas where bone immediately feels like it is pressing through.) I saw another review saying they would advise against it because it would not be effective, so maybe they were being truly honest!
