I went in for double eyelid surgery and fat grafting to the upper eyelid, The manager gave a brief consultation and then said I should consult with the director. I thought only incision would be possible because of sagging, but they said it could be done with a one-point buried-suture method. They also told me that fat grafting could look lumpy if it is not incised. This was the first place that told me fat grafting can have lumping.
