I had a consultation with Director Kim Seo-young through a designated-doctor consultation, and after getting a CT scan, she even examined my nose by touching it directly. The consultation was so kind and thorough that it played the biggest role in my deciding to put down the deposit. The waiting time was long, so the consultation also went on for a while in great detail, with her repeatedly asking if I had any more questions. The coordinator also felt generally kind. In the end, I couldn't get nose surgery right away, so I canceled the reservation, but I do want to go back later for a follow-up consultation and get the estimate again.
