As soon as I arrived, I did not get the impression that the staff were especially kind. One person was sleeping face-down at the counter. The wait was way too long at about 1 hour. It was my first nose surgery, and they said I would need autologous costal cartilage. Maybe because there was only one doctor, everything went in a super fast, rush-rush manner, and right after I finished someone else went in for consultation. It was my first cosmetic surgery consultation and I still did not know much, but everything moved so fast that I did not really get much of a chance to ask questions. It was also the most expensive.
