I got surgery here and it solved my small-eye stress all at once. I had absolutely no burden or aversion toward incisional surgery, and I thought that rather than doing revision surgery two or three times, it would be better to do an incisional procedure and get it done properly in one go. Also, my eyes were small and slanted, so I had always been thinking about canthoplasty, and after deciding on surgery and going around for consultations, every place I visited said it would be good to add lower and outer canthoplasty too. The doctor here designed my eyes the best. As I said earlier, I thought it was more beneficial to do the surgery properly in one go, so I did not really worry about cost. What mattered was getting it done at a place that is really good at surgery, and I think I chose well and had it done here. If the lower and outer canthoplasty is overdone, it looks terrible, but there was none of that here. They opened it up at just the right amount. The line was also set exactly as I asked, and it has held up well without loosening. I am very satisfied.
