When I look at people who've had nose surgery, it seems like there are a lot of people who've had it two or three times. At least for my first surgery, they set the line I wanted really well, so I like that it doesn't seem like I'll need a revision just because I'm unhappy with the design. At the consultation, I said that since I wanted to get it right on the first surgery, I didn't mind using costal cartilage. I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and I'm really glad I did. Also, maybe because the director has done a lot of surgeries using autologous costal cartilage, my recovery went well.
