My friend’s bulbous nose was very severe, and even though she had already had rhinoplasty once before, there was no improvement at all.. so we looked into revision rhinoplasty together and went to consultations together. The first clinic I visited because I was most drawn to it after reading reviews was Mighty, and first of all, when you walk into the clinic, it looks extremely clean with a white tone. The receptionist was also very kind, and after the CT scan we had the consultation. The doctor explained the fundamental causes very well. They considered everything, including skin thickness and the shape of the columella and nostrils, when planning the surgery, so I thought it seemed good, and it felt like they were honestly diagnosing only what was necessary. We are still going to other clinics for consultations, but my friend says this place is her number one choice lol
