Compared with other hospitals, I felt that aftercare and small details were lacking, and I came because an acquaintance had done the legwork and shared information with me, so things were okay until the consultation and setting a date. But after that they were snippy, which put me in a bad mood. I am not even a friend... It was my first time seeing someone like that. The manager also felt a bit off, and the person answering the phone kept making mistakes and sounded sharp, which made me feel bad. I also heard they gave my acquaintance different information about the consultation date, which was bizarre.
