I called for a consultation because I was thinking about nose surgery, and they were kind and nice. I was too scared to go through with the nose surgery, but they said I would need to have Atellocoll removed first.. During the phone consultation, they seemed to make a reservation for me and ask about my condition. That is how I remember it.
