I went in for a consultation because it was said to be a specialized clinic for autologous dermis. The director explains by drawing pictures that men and women pursue different nose shapes, so they show you what shape the surgery will aim for. However, when I asked about side effects, they said something like, 'The reason people get revision rhinoplasty is often not because of functional problems or pain, but because they do not like the appearance.' That did not match my own thoughts, so my trust in them dropped a little.
