I had surgery in 2017. It was my first surgery, and it became much better than my original nose. However, the line is not as refined and pretty as a silicone nose. Since they shaped it to fit my face naturally, I am satisfied in my own way. After 2 to 3 years, it tends to drop a lot, so I think getting an additional dermal injection would raise satisfaction.
