Bombit review

I had primary autologous dermis nasal osteotomy surgery here in 2017, and a revision surgery at the same clinic in 2019. The reason for the revision was that after the swelling from the first surgery went down, the nasal bones were asymmetrical. The nasal tip also gradually drooped, making the nose itself look longer. One side was a bit more sunken, and not only did the nose bend toward the sunken side, but that side also kept getting blocked. During the revision consultation, I mentioned the drooping tip and said the nasal bones seemed asymmetrical and that the nose kept bending and getting blocked. I was told that the drooping tip could be corrected with revision surgery, but because my nasal bones were originally asymmetrical, bone fracture surgery would not correct the asymmetry; instead, they would add fat to the sunken side. (At the time of the first surgery, they did not say it was originally asymmetrical, and they also did not say it could become asymmetrical after surgery.) After the second revision surgery, I really like the shape of the nose, and the asymmetry of the nasal bones and the bent appearance also look better. However, from after the first surgery until now after the second surgery, my nose has continued to be blocked. During the second consultation, I went in with my mother. My mother told the director that my nose looked bent and that it seemed too drooped, and the director shouted at her, asking what she thought she knew to say that. I understand that they may be tired from consultations with many patients, but even now I do not feel good remembering being told something like, 'What do you know?' Unless I say it myself, no one can tell that I had nose surgery. It looks extremely natural, but I am currently getting a consultation at another hospital for nasal bone refraction surgery and am planning to correct the asymmetry.
