I had a consultation for autologous dermal fat rhinoplasty. When the director explained things, three of us went in together for the consultation. Later, I had a separate consultation with the manager about the cost. They explained the pros and cons well. They were kind. When I went, I had already seen one man and one woman who had had surgery there. Since this was a revision surgery, I had been debating between complete removal and dermal grafting, but I plan to do it here. It looked like post-op care was handled well.
