For almost a year, I deliberated over whether to get a nose implant or not, and in the end I decided on no implant using autologous dermis for the surgery. It has now been exactly two years since the operation, and in terms of the result, my satisfaction is about middle-to-lower. Compared with my original nose, it is overall a little bigger, but I'm a bit disappointed that the bridge was absorbed a lot.
And when they harvested that dermis, they made a rather large incision, so thanks to that I never have any occasion to expose my butt in daily life, but even so, seeing the scar does bother me a little and it's not great,,,,
TMI: I guess my butt had good elasticity. Because of my own mistake, the stitches popped once and I went to the ER to have them sewn again, and then at Bombit when they tried to remove the stitches, something went wrong and they had to sew it again. I repeated that maybe three times? So I got a slight trauma about how they make such large incisions lol
