The process starts with an explanation about autologous dermis, and then you decide what surgery to do while looking at your nose personally. It felt like they focus mainly on autologous dermis, and their concept seemed to be that rather than pushing height or shape itself too far, they prefer something stable. They seemed to specialize in revision surgery for complications, and just from the fact that they only do autologous dermis nose surgery, it looked like they had expertise in that procedure. It was a consultation I was satisfied with overall, but because they mainly focus on revision cases, I did not go ahead with surgery due to the lack of big changes in a first surgery and the price being more expensive than I expected. I would recommend them if you are considering revision with autologous dermis. Their experience in that area seemed to be among the best in the country.
