When the filler in my front cheekbones started to deflate a bit, there was a difference in height compared with the area under my eyes. I don't know why, but I also had Q-Fill done under the eyes, and it was, as expected, extremely satisfying. This was also 2 years ago, and the under-eye area is still smooth.
