I had chin filler, and there is a lump on the inner chin toward the neck. I intentionally got it done with imported filler because I wanted to be careful... This is my fourth time getting chin filler, and this is the first time something like this has happened. When I told the director, they said filler is normally palpable and that this is how it is. Since it is a factory-style clinic, I do not think you should expect much aftercare.
