I had hump-nose surgery (reduction and Gore-Tex) + osteotomy + nasal tip surgery around May 2017, and in the end it sagged, so I am planning a revision at another hospital. At the time I was quite satisfied with the result, but now, three years later, I have a lot of regrets and disappointments. In the end, you only know how a nose will hold up after a few years.
