I went ahead with the procedure after seeing a friend get a Hi-Ko here. Because they used regular filler and thread as well, the tip of my nose also became higher, so I was happy haha. Looking at my old photos, my nose was the highest when I had it done here haha. The facilities were good too, and the managers were kind.
