It is impossible for forehead volume to appear. You should think of it as having even less volume than filler. If you just think of it as wrinkles being smoothed out and go in, you will probably be satisfied. The doctor later changed what they said to say that everyone is greedy for volume. No volume at all appears. A lot of the photos are just photo effects.
