A few years ago, I went for a consultation about upper lip augmentation and corner-of-the-mouth surgery. The doctor consultation was just average, but the coordinator? The consultation manager? She was seriously rude. I have seen consultation managers at many clinics, but this was the rudest one I have ever met. She looked like an older woman with bright red lipstick plastered on. After the doctor consultation, I asked the consultation manager how long the surgery would take, whether it would take an hour, and she replied as if I had asked something absurd: "Huh?" Then she threw the question back at me. So I asked, "Is it two hours?" and she again responded with that same absurd tone, saying it would take three hours. It is not even contour surgery or anything, so I was speechless lol. Other places said it would take an hour. Her way of speaking and rude tone annoyed me and made me lose trust, so I did not go through with it at Golden View. I do not know if that consultation manager still works there, but please train your staff. I am not asking for over-the-top kindness, but rude and unfriendly behavior should not be there.
