First, I asked about what I was curious about regarding no-implant surgery, and if cartilage is inserted into the nasal bridge without an implant, it is hard to predict how much will be absorbed later. But if you raise it too much, it also does not look good at first, and that also becomes a problem because of the absorption amount, so it is not something I could unconditionally recommend. Silicone is not bad either. The choice is mine. They explained the pros and cons, and even though there was surgery scheduled ahead of me, they answered all my questions well, so I was happy.
