Maybe because the clinic had only recently opened, it was clean and felt quite new. On consultation visits, there are times when you zone out while hearing the explanation, but the director explained things in a way that was easy to understand, so I could stay focused and listen well. They also answered my questions sincerely. That said, the price seems a bit high.
