A place I visited after thoroughly researching for revision eye surgery. The manager was incredibly kind.. I asked questions for quite a long time, but she answered sincerely without looking tired. Then the doctor came in, and the manager stood behind to wait (I didn't really mind; I'd seen plenty of cases that were even more extreme haha). The doctor looked quite tired, but he answered all the questions I had prepared. He also seemed to be making an effort to address the things I was wondering about. The final reason I didn't choose surgery was that when I got home and thought about it, there were quite a few things I had doubts about regarding the answers I heard at the time. It's still one of the hospitals I'm keeping as a candidate.
