This is the original with no Photoshop. Kirin has been famous for lateral and lower canthoplasty for several years, so I really wanted to try it at Kirin. The director looked in the mirror with me, shaped my eye form, drew markings, and explained everything carefully, and said they would do it as close as possible to what I wanted, so I think I felt at ease. During surgery, I had sleep anesthesia briefly and then local anesthesia; by the time the procedure was ending, I came back to my senses. They put something green? over my eyes so I couldn’t see in front, but they performed the procedure well without pain. After the procedure, my eyes were so swollen I couldn’t open them, so I think it would be better to go with one guardian. Before removing the stitches, until day 3 I did cold compresses, and on the remaining days I did warm compresses, so the bruising and swelling went down well. Once the stitches were removed, it went down quickly day by day! The eye procedure didn’t hurt, but I did have discomfort because eye discharge formed often and because of conjunctival edema. At that time, I endured it while using artificial tears. There is still redness, but they said it will disappear with time, so I’m going to wait while hoping it doesn’t reattach!
