I got a consultation with Director Kim Dong-hyun. He was extremely kind and explained everything in detail. I was impressed by his warmth in saying to ask anything I was curious about. He felt very professional, and unlike the factory-like technician vibe of a large hospital, he seemed like someone who was fulfilling a doctor's calling. The consultation manager was also kind, and when I said there were no before-and-after photos on the website so I couldn't see them, she brought out a booklet and showed me the photos. However, the double-eyelid shape was not the style I wanted, and it often ended up being a conservative in-line double eyelid.
