I went in for a consultation because of my double chin. The hospital facilities are small, and it felt like I was wondering whether there was even a proper operating table. The director was rather blunt during the consultation, while the consultation manager was kind. The reason I ended up not having surgery was that the director seemed to say I could solve my complex unconditionally without even properly looking at my face, and that put me off.
