The director explains things very well. They explain side effects well too, and they also explain in a way that makes me trust how they would handle things if side effects occur. After hearing the consultation, I felt trust and really... wanted to do it.. I liked that there is an anesthesiology specialist on site here and that they only do surgery for 2 to 3 people a day, with general anesthesia.
