First, the director was very calm and explained things well. I am not in a very well-off situation, but they recommended a size and implant that suited me well, and because they had 3D virtual surgery, I could get an indirect idea of what I would look like after the operation haha. The consultant was also kind. There was absolutely no pressure to make a reservation! I came away after a comfortable consultation. I am still not fully certain about surgery, so I think I need to think it over a bit more.
