The manager did not pressure me to sign anything and was calm. It says below that the director has a somewhat masculine vibe, and it's true lol. He was nice. Rather than focusing on the hospital's profit, he gave advice tailored to each patient. Even though a separate consultation fee was charged, it was so helpful that none of the time, energy, or cost felt wasted. Since he is famous for revision surgery, he explained the pros and cons of materials very clearly too.
