I had my nose and paranasal augmentation surgery done here about five years ago, and my nose became severely asymmetrical, I lost sensation, and the paranasal augmentation gave an effect worse than filler. I went for a fat grafting consultation, and they said they would need to put it into the nasolabial folds too. That said it all. Also, when harvesting costal cartilage, I was not informed that both sides would be incised, and they took cartilage from both sides. Because they harvested too much, severe 3 cm keloid scars formed on both sides. My nose was ruined, and I also ended up with scars on both sides of my chest, but the doctor claimed the surgery turned out extremely well, that the symmetry was perfect, and that regarding the scars the progress was good. They just called me overly sensitive and said time heals everything, and dismissed it. Five years later, the scars are still ugly and remain. Having surgery here is the thing I regret most in my life.
